Update: 10 February 2025 for Release v208
Tally is a Form building tool that you can embed on to any Page to collect additional information from your Visitors.
Before you get started you will need to register an account on Tally.so.
Top Tip!
If you are non-profit, we suggest registering through their non-profit form first, as it gives you a 30% discount, if you choose their Pro version.
Embedding a Tally form
Step 1: Create your Tally form
Select New Form in your Tally Workspace and build your form.
Select the Design option above the form to add your own branding.

You can Preview your form as you go. When you are done, select Publish.
Step 2: Embed your Tally form
- From the forms overview or the form page, use the Share icon to navigate to the share options.

- Choose the Standard Embed Form option:

- Select Copy embed link from the embed options

- In the Peppered CMS, add an Embed Page Part to your page.
- Paste the share link in the embed field. The share link should look like the first example below.

You can add a custom background color to the Page Part, with Parameters.
Top Tip!
The Embed Part is the main area to use third party embeds. The Embed part works closely with the Cookie Consent levels. If a visitor did not provide consent for third party media cookies (the middle consent level), contents of the embed part are usually prevented from loading, this conforms with GDPR standards. This is also the case for any dedicated βvideo urlβ field (like you can see in Productions).
Please know that embedding any third party code in a regular text editor can cause third party cookies to be set in the visitor browser, even when no consent is given.
