We have added a new feature to your trusty Query builder: adding or removing Visitor Tags to the query result. This will bring your segmentation game to a whole new level. Create personalised website content and event access by using the rich data set of the Query Builder to create smart segmentations.  Track who has received certain mailings for a particular artist or season. The possibilities are endless.

With the new Dashboard coming together step by step, we have also created a new foundation for AI applications. Marking an exciting new phase in our CMS roadmap.

The first of many AI applications, we are launching in Beta for Release 209 a smart AI text assistant, aimed to offer huge time savings when creating content.

All rich text editors have received this AI upgrade. It can quickly summarize long texts to use in taglines and teaser fields and even translate your texts for you. Just select any text in any rich text editor and use the new AI button to select an action. The response will be handed to you in a pop-up so you can use, as much of the suggested text as you want, anywhere you want it.

This is the first step of many in our AI journey, in which we explore how we can use AI to make your life easier. As this is a Beta, we would love your feedback and ideas going forward.

During the Beta phase, we offer this upgrade at no charge, we may require a contribution when costs get out of hand at a later moment.

We teamed up with Vriendenloterij to provide online discounts for VIP card holders. In this release we are launching a new VIP card validation solution in the personal My Account area that unlocks discount prices for all eligible events.

You can now drag & drop images from your Desktop straight into the rich text editor. Make sure to check your image dimensions afterwards so they show in the size you intended, as there is no crop tool in the text editor.

The Newsletter Subscribe Part has been featured on Homepages for years, it is now also available as a default part in the Page parts. If you already have a newsletter set-up, you can easily add the sign up part to any page by simply selecting it from the page part drop down.

The default Stories feed is now set to only export stories and pages created in the last 365 days. The feed does not look at the “publication date” as this will often be empty. By using additional start/end parameters in the request, older items can be exported, but never over a period longer than one year at a time. A limit is needed as the number of created stories and pages will only keep increasing, and some day there will be too many to retrieve fast and efficiently.
