Waiting list requests directly to Ticketmatic (v191)
It is now possible to register waiting list requests directly in Ticketmatic.
When a performance has the status "waiting list" in Peppered, a new pop-up form can be displayed:
Settings
- Enable the waiting list function for the event in Ticketmatic, with the option "simple".
- Go to the Peppered Dashboard > Control Panel > Waiting list and activate these three toggles:
Requests can only be submitted after login. The visitor's account details are automatically sent along.

Language profile
This release includes a useful update for Ticketmatic users that keeps track of your visitors' preferred language. If a website visitor orders tickets in English, for example, this information is included in the order automatically. However, this only happens when multiple language profiles have been set up in Ticketmatic.
Solution printed tickets vs online
When the Ticketmatic PDFs were used instead of the Peppered tickets, the issue was that it was no longer evident in the cash register which tickets had already been printed or not for guests who wanted their tickets mailed home. The Ticketmatic PDFs were automatically set to 'printed' in the cash register when they were requested online.
There is now a solution for this: if you utilise Ticketmatic tickets and the visitor specifies that they want the tickets mailed to them, they will not be able to access the PDFs online right away. After then, at Ticketmatic there will be checked if the tickets have already been sent, and only then will the PDF become available.
Version 151
More options are added in the connector (also see version 150). It is now possible to order:
- Products All TM products can be added to the TM cart. You can create "merchandise" products in the Peppered "Products" module and give them the proper TM product ID. Once the product is made in Peppered, you can display the product on a dedicated page on your website. From this page, the product can be added to the TM cart.
- Donations Donations work just as other products. Make sure to add prices in TM.
- Vouchers TM Vouchers can be added to the TM cart. You can create "Voucher" products in the Peppered "Products" module and give them the proper TM product ID. Once the product is made in Peppered, you can display the product on a dedicated page on your website. From this page, the product can be added to the TM cart.The amounts for vouchers can be managed in Peppered.
A new voucher overview is available in the "My Account" menu.
All vouchers connected to your account are shown, with the amount left on the voucher, and the grand total of all vouchers.
