The Attendance Survey allows you to collect visitor names and phone numbers through a form during the order process. The form auto-generates fields based on booked seats and ensures all fields are filled before proceeding.
Data is stored in a stand-alone module within the dashboard, where users can search and export attendee lists. To activate the feature, settings must be adjusted in the control panel.
The survey enables you to acquire the name and telephone number of each visitor by offering a form in the order process.
After the seats for all events in an order have been selected, the ticket booker will see a form for each event they have booked. The form generates the correct amount of fields automatically, based on the number of booked seats per event.
The form checks if all fields are filled in, and only allows a visitor to continue when all fields are accounted for.
If the visitor is already logged in during this phase, their name and telephone number (if the latter is already added to the information in their account) will automatically be filled in.
Attendance Survey Data
All data is stored in the Dashboard in Marketing > Attendance survey. All data will be periodically deleted after a set preservation period. Within the module, you can search for a specific event ID and export the complete list of attendees.
Template texts
All Attendance survey text is updated in Template Texts, and can be found when searching for "attendance".
How to activate the Audience Survey
To activate this feature, go to System > Control Panel . Ticketing and set Required attendance info "Yes".
